Boyle through to semi-finals - 19 March 2006Anna Boyle qualified today for the womens 100m semi-final at the MCG when finishing 4th in heat 3 in 11.64secs(+1.6). Qualification was first three in each heat and the nine fastest other athletes. Anna ended ranked 18th of the qualifiers and will hope to attack her own Northern Ireland record in tomorrows semi-final.
She is drawn in lane 2 of the third semi-final where the first two in each semi-final and the next two fastest make it to tomorrow nights final.
